Things I disliked:
1. Not family-friendly: The hotel did not provide a welcoming environment for families. As a female and a parent, you will not feel at ease using the pool area, and the general ambience was not family-friendly.
2. Lack of cleanliness: The hotel and balcony were unclean, and the housekeeping did not adequately clean the room.
3. Faulty amenities: The pool slide was frequently out of order, and the shower had no hot water until we lodged multiple complaints.
4. Inadequate maintenance: Essential facilities were not adequately maintained.

The staff was skilled and sweet. Good location. There may be problems finding parking...
Unserious pool cleaning. One of the guests smashed glass inside the pool, the staff cleaned but not well enough. My son got glass shards in his hand where his vacation was ruined. The glass could also end up on his neck in other places where the damage would be very severe, fortunately, nothing serious happened to my son, nothing happened to his tendons or joints. But unfortunate that he couldn't swim due to infection.
We were nice and didn't complain about the hotel but they could do something extra for our stay.
For us, it was a horrible vacation. Plus, the people living around are also not friendly especially when you arrive with an EU-registered car, they tend to vandalize your car. So be careful.
