Do not rent rooms at this hotel

Arrived at 12 and was told that check-in was at 14. That's ok, but had to wait another hour after 14 because the room was not ready. When the room was ready, there was hair on the beds, hair in the bathroom, the mirror and sink were dirty. The air conditioning was not working.

We were told to sit in the hotel's restaurant and wait until the room was ready, but there was no power and no air conditioning. It was 40 degrees that day, so it was very uncomfortable.

Close to the beach and city center

Check-in time does not match the information on the website, it is only between 14:00-23:00

Uncleaned room upon check-in, no lamp in the room, persistent stains in the toilet, leaking minibar. After 5 days, they clean the room for the first time. You have to ask for toilet paper every time and you receive it for 3 people.

The receptionist was excellent. She was very attentive to us... Always solves everything.

Stay far away from here!

The location was close to the beach and nightlife.

First and foremost, do not book this hotel! This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at!

There were issues right from the start. We arrived at a dirty room. Lots of hair on the floor, bird droppings on the balcony, and the veranda door was almost impossible to open.

The cleanliness was terrible. They did not come to clean every 3 days as stated on their website. We had to keep asking for cleaning, and during the first week, they did not clean our room at all. We had to remove the garbage ourselves from the room.

Wet bedsheets, tattered towels, and linens.

The manager at the hotel was uncooperative and didn't care about the complaints we brought up, responding very unprofessionally every time and becoming rude.

After the cleaning staff had cleaned the few times they did, it smelled musty. They used the same dirty mop everywhere, to clean bird droppings and then the room.

We asked for compensation, either in the form of late check-out on the day of departure or some reduced price for the stay. The response we received was that they did not engage in such practices.
