The room smelled quite strongly of smoke, despite air freshener, very unpleasant.

The staff were nice and helpful.
I am a frequent traveler, but their breakfast was my worst experience. Even though breakfast was included in the price, they demanded payment for basic food items that come with breakfast. I refused to pay and chose to skip breakfast. No wonder I and my wife were the only people in the dining room.

This wasn't my first stay at this hotel, which is why I chose it again. It's very nice, comfortable, clean, and in a good location. The staff is great. I will stay there again when I'm in Adana on my next visit. The kids were also happy as they had their own separate room, which was good.
